ASAP submissions should be made within 24 hours of event occurrence or within 24 hours of becoming aware of the event.
Log-in Problems
If unable to log in to the hawaiiansafety.com website due to a Username / Password problem call the Hawaiian Airlines
Information Technology Support Center / Help Desk @ 808 838-6720 or Toll Free @ 1-866-701-4143. Advise the
operator that you require password assistance for the “hawaiiansafety.com” website. This support line is manned
24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
ASAP Hotline
An alternate means is available to initiate an ASAP report by calling the ASAP Hotline @ 808 835-3273. Leave name, employee number and indicate your desire to initiate an ASAP report; do not include any other information concerning the event. ASAP Hotline notifications provide an immediate capture time for the event, however, an electronic report must still be completed by the submitter on the Hawaiian Safety website within 72 hours.
