If unable to log on to system call ASAP Hotline @ 808 835-3273 to request a password reset. Leave name, employee number and a contact phone number or email address, if also submitting an ASAP report indicate your desire to initiate a report, do not include any other information concerning the report. You will be contacted with updated log-in information. ASAP Hotline submissions must be completed electronically within 72 hours. |
